Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

If you are unsatisfied with your coaching, reach out to us to see if your purchase is eligible for a refund.

Refunds are only offered on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel or no show less than 24 hours before booked session, there will be no refund. If you cancel 72-24 hours before scheduled session you may get a 50% refund. Places are limited, please check your calendar before booking particularly in interview season.
